I understand the Jenifer Fennell Photography is the copyright owner of these images. If I have purchased the Digital Image options I will receive the high resolution images with a license that will allow me to print at will for an unlimited amount of time these photographs for personal use.

TERMS and CONDITIONS:
Deposit fee is applied to the package of your choice, and is non-refundable. In the event of a no-show, deposits will not be refunded. A lot of planning, time and money go into customized mini-sessions. It is important to be on time and prepared for your session when you arrive as there are several other families scheduled the day of your session.
